A perfect gift! Most Dartmoor foals are born between May and August and are just 50 to 60 cm tall at birth and are just 50 to 60 cm tall at birth. Adult Dartmoor ponies reach a maximum height of 127 cm. Even today most Dartmoor ponies still roam free in south-west England. They form small herds led by a stallion. Dartmoor ponies miniature Shetland ponies and Exmoor ponies are among the smallest pony breeds in the world.
